We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If the return is due to our error or a confirmed fault, we may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
7. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days, subject to payment provider processing times.

9. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items
For pre-order or made-to-order items:
production may begin after the order is placed
cancellation rights may be limited once production has started
unless the item is faulty or not as described, returns may not be accepted where the item has been made specifically for you
